Causes Of Low Pressure Of Diesel Generator Engine

1. Low oil level
The most common problem in the low oil level is that there is not enough oil in the engine. The oil level may only be lower than the oil pump supply tube. In short, this will cause the oil pump to work because it cannot put the oil pump into the engine component. The solution is to simply add the correct oil level to the engine.

 

2. Plug -in oil
The fuel or coolant in the generator will also cause the engine oil pressure to be too low. Therefore, excessive fuel in the fuel tank will cause the oil level in the crankshaft to be too high. The high oil level in the crankshaft box usually indicates that there are too many fuel or coolant leaks in other parts of the engine. Common pollutants include diesel, coolant or water. Then, the source of the leak must be determined and appropriate maintenance. After finding and repairing the source of pollution, the oil should be discharged and re -injected the oil that is recognized. It is also recommended to replace the oil filter. Sometimes the low oil pressure is caused by small things such as oil filter.

 

3. The engine oil of the engine oil is opened
If the engine oil crossing valve is set in the "opening" position, the pressure of the engine oil may be reduced. The reason for opening the bypass valve is usually debris in the engine oil. Dandruff may be a dirt or metal dandruff caused by internal hard parts (camshafts, crankshafts, pistons, etc.). The method of solving this problem is to remove the oblique valve of each motor oil and remove any dirt or debris. It is also wise to clean each bypass valve hole. After cleaning the circular valve, the oil and oil filter should be replaced.

 

4. The oil pipe or oil channel does not work
The oil road or oil road opens, breaks, or breaks will cause the engine oil to lower. Check whether each oil duct has debris and wear. Sometimes the fuel channel may be aligned, because the holes are not arranged correctly to allow normal oil flow. Check whether the oil pipe is connected correctly and the oil pipe is not torn.

The lack of or damaged piston cooling nozzles of the oil pump screen may also lead to an open lubricant. The piston cooling nozzle leads the engine oil to the bottom of the Pistons to cool the piston. These nozzles also provide lubrication for the piston sales. Incorrect installation, restrictions on normal exercise, or damage to the piston cooling nozzle may cause the piston itself to get stuck.

 

5. Limitation in the oil absorption tube-low oil pressure
There is an entry filter in the oil absorption pipe, which may be blocked or damaged. This restriction will cause the pressure loss of air erosion and engine oil. The solution is to check the inlet filter on the oil absorption pipe and remove any materials that may limit the oil flow. The pressure of the engine oil is low because the oil absorption pipe is not placed correctly and inhaled air and oil. Check whether there are cracks, alignment or damaged O -shaped sealing circles of the oil -absorbing pipe joint. The best way to contact the oil pipe is to remove the oil bottom.

 

6. Oil pump problem
Any form of air leakage of the oil pump side can also cause air erosion (back pressure) and oil pressure loss. The supply side of the oil pump should be checked and the necessary maintenance should be performed.
Another common problem of oil pumps is excessive wear of gears. The gear exceeding the tolerance will not have enough power to generate the engine bearing power. It must be repaired or replaced with the gear in the oil pump or purchased a new pump.

 

7. Improper gap in the bearing
If the engine bearing is too large, the oil pressure may be too low. Check the internal engine parts of the bearing to ensure that they meet the specifications. If the bearing is worn, it is recommended to replace the bearing or the necessary maintenance. The pressure loss of engine oil is a serious but common problem for diesel engines. It should be noted that ignoring low oil pressure warnings may severely damage your engine. The best way to maintain the engine operation is to replace the oil regularly and keep the internal parts properly lubricated.
