The running -in of diesel engine: The new or large -fired diesel engine must be grinded before the formal use to work with a full load. Otherwise, the wear of the parts will be accelerated, so that the diesel engine will not play the maximum effective power, shorten the service life of the machine, and the diesel engine will be. The running -in is divided into three stages:
(1) Air operation: First, the diesel engine runs at low speed for half an hour, and then stop it to check whether there are abnormal conditions and the tightening of the bolt. Run 2 hours at medium speed, and finally run at the rated speed for 30 minutes. If there are abnormalities, parking should be adjusted in time.
(2) Light load running: Run 10 hours with 1/3 load, run 23 hours with 1/2 load, and finally run for 10 hours with 2/3 load.
(3) The whole load runs for 10 hours for about 50 hours, and starts to check the connection of each part of the diesel engine before, whether it has been added with diesel, motor oil, cooling water, and observe whether oil leakage, water leakage, leakage of water leakage, leakage leakage Qi. Use shaking the machine to check the oil supply. During the running -in process, pay attention to listening to the sound of the machine, observe whether the oil pressure and water temperature are normal. After the running -in, the oil bottom shell, crankshaft box, oil filter, and replace the new motor oil. Check whether the main bolts are loose, check the valve gap, and re -adjust if necessary.
