The cause of the accumulation of carbon at diesel generator
One of the main problems produced by carbon accumulation of generators is the accumulation of unpaid fuel on the exhaust system.
This becomes a cycle process and may soon be upgraded to a difficult situation. The generators running less than the maximum load and temperature will accumulate unburned fuels and other similar substances in the exhaust system (including exhaust pipes, turbochargers and exhaust valves).
When the accumulation of carbon deposits occur, the unburned fuel also began to deposit on the fuel jet mouth. More fuel filling in the cylinder will cause an increased fuel amount in the generator and increase the accumulation rate of unburned substances in the exhaust system. This entire cycle is continuously repeated during the entire carbon accumulation process to reduce the work efficiency of diesel generators. If it is not resolved immediately, it may lead to expensive maintenance and replacement.
